Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.

United Arab Emirates

We offer delivery across the UAE. Available delivery options, charges and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Saudi Arabia

We ship to Saudi Arabia using tracked international delivery. Saudi orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not available.

The shipping charge currently shown at checkout is AED 129.

Duties and taxes — Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Reket arranges payment of applicable import duties, VAT and customs-clearance charges.

Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Saudi National Address

Customers shipping to Saudi Arabia must provide a valid Saudi National Address / Short Address and a working telephone number at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may delay dispatch or delivery.

Customers outside Saudi Arabia may enter NA in the Saudi National Address field.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates may be displayed at checkout and/or in our shipping communications.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, incorrect customer information or events outside our reasonable control.

International shipping

Additional international destinations may be made available from time to time.

Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery options are shown at checkout.

Where Reket expressly states that an order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), or that duties and taxes are included, Reket will arrange payment of the applicable import charges.

Otherwise, the treatment displayed at checkout and in the applicable market information applies.

International Orders

International orders are shipped from Dubai under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Product prices and delivery charges do not include destination-country import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, disbursement or carrier clearance fees.

Where applicable, these charges are determined by the destination country and collected separately by the carrier before delivery. The customer is responsible for paying them. Customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

Tracking

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email or through the applicable order-tracking service.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, failure to cooperate with the carrier, or refusal of delivery, additional delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.
