Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery. We offer next-day delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free on orders over AED 350. A standard delivery fee is shown at checkout for orders below that.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
